RETURNS: Orders can only be canceled or modified if they have not yet been processed for shipping. 

Due to the hand-made, fresh nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the freshness and potency of our products.  However, we want you to love your products as much as we do. So, if you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us as soon as possible and we will find an agreeable solution.  

Please note Leland Francis does not make any claims in the using our products. We list ingredients and what many say (google) they will do, we make no claims as to what the ingredient do.  

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at info@lelandfrancis.com. We will gladly resolve this for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Customer assumes responsibility of all, VAT's, Tariffs, Duties or Taxes of the country in which product is shipped to. It is not the responsibility of Leland Francis LLC to pay those.
