August 11, 2015, I launched Leland Francis Luxe Face Oil. 

I never intended to start a business but rather create a plant-based product for myself and my makeup kit.  

As a makeup artist I believe prepping the skin with skincare is the first step to a flawless makeup application and I use the Luxe Face Oil on every client I touch.

Seven years ago; natural and clean weren’t buzzy words brands were throwing around as marketing to sell a product. They were a way of showing you cared about the ingredients that were included in the products you created.

It has been a fun 7 years. I’ve learned a lot and made a lot of costly mistakes.  I'm full of gratitude for everyone that has supported me and the brand. I’m thankful for the retail partners that have taken chances on this small indie bootstrapped brand.   I’m thankful for everyone that has hired me to do makeup as those jobs are the ones who have funded this single product into a full brand.

I'm super excited about the products in the works and can't wait to share more makeup artist develop products with you all very soon.
