RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Leland Francis does not accept returns or exchanges on most products. All sales are final, except as expressly stated below.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@lelandfrancis.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist you. Any limited remedies we provide for damaged or incorrect items are at our discretion and do not constitute a general right of return.
Shipping fees are nonārefundable, and we are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after delivery is confirmed by the carrier, except as required by applicable law.
Extrait de Parfum purchases with 2 mL sample
For purchases of Leland Francis extrait de parfums that include a 2 mL sample vial, we offer a limited return option:

You must email info@lelandfrancis.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

The fullāsize extrait de parfum box must remain unsealed and unopened; only the 2 mL sample may be used to experience the fragrance.

Returns will not be accepted if the fullāsize bottle or its packaging has been opened, used, or damaged.

A restocking fee will apply to cover shipping both ways and related handling costs; this amount will be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions or appears to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal use.
NonāReturnable Items
The following items are nonāreturnable and nonārefundable:

Shipping Costs
