PURCHASE OPTIONS & SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider, and you will be charged for each delivery on a recurring basis unless you cancel in advance or choose a prepaid option (if available).

Auto‑Renewal
Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term. Unless you cancel before your next billing date, your subscription will renew and your payment method will be charged at the then‑current subscription price, plus applicable taxes and shipping.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date:

  • Use the “Manage Subscription” link in your order confirmation or subscription emails; or

  • Log into your account (if available) and manage your subscription from your account page.

Changes and cancellations take effect for future renewals only and do not apply retroactively to orders that have already been processed.

Returns and Refunds
Leland Francis does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@lelandfrancis.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review and assist you.
