SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
We work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. Once payment is accepted and your order is confirmed, it immediately begins processing for shipment. Because of this, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed, including address changes or item edits.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
Shipping methods, carriers, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location and order size. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of Leland Francis.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address, order total, and selected service. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged separately by the carrier or local customs authorities.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries. These additional charges are not the responsibility of Leland Francis LLC and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. Any customs delays or holds are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.
Shipping Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available. It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after a label is created.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Leland Francis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@lelandfrancis.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist you.
Returns and Exchanges
Leland Francis does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. For more details, please review our separate Return & Refund Policy.
